Consensus Congressional Consensus
Tickers traded by 3+ politicians within 90 days. A stock bought by 2 of 3 active politicians is not the same signal as one bought by 20 of 30 — labels only apply once there's enough activity to be meaningful.
Bipartisan & cross-chamber clusters
The strongest consensus signals: the same stock traded by both parties, or across both chambers, in the same window. Partisan mood or coincidence can explain a single-party cluster — but not members of opposing parties (or both the House and Senate) landing on the same name at the same time.
