Performance Performance Tracker

Average 1-year excess return — return above the S&P 500 — after each disclosed BUY, per politician and party, as a hypothetical backtest on public data. Excess return is the fair comparison: a member up 20% in a year the whole market rose 25% actually lagged. Only BUYs with a full year elapsed and usable price data are counted. This measures a pattern in past disclosures — it is not investment advice or a claim about future returns.

This is a hypothetical backtest on public disclosure data — not actual portfolio performance, not investment advice, and not a claim about anyone's real returns or intent. Disclosures report amount ranges and can lag the trade by weeks, so these figures approximate a "what if you had followed along" scenario, nothing more.
